In Tune with Your Body | Self Love

Overeating comes so naturally to me. I love food. Its like the best thing to turn to for any emotion, boredom, sadness, and especially when i’m procrastinating!

I feel like its time to cut the cord. 

Its actually not that hard. Eat when I’m hungry. Drink water in between. Do my chores instead of eating!

It’s actually insane how good you feel. Your body has time to digest, and you actually crave and saviour your next meal! Like, your meals even taste like heaven! Probably because your body was actually craving fuel!

You feel way more in tune with yourself. With your body!
