Sesames seeds are same but packed full on some amazing nutrients. Not only do they improve Bone Health, they also help Reduce Inflammation, Improve Digestion it Reduces Hypertension.
Ive been trying to add them into my diet, so heres my recipe for a Spicy Tofu dish, which I paired with some Rice and Kale. (don’t let the Kale put you off, this was one badass dish)
So I marinated the Tofu a few hours before
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp Tamari
knob of Ginger
1 Clove of Garlic
Mix together and mix into about 1 Cup of Tofu.
I then pan fried it with the marinade juice.
I cut up a whole lot of Kale and massaged it with 1 tsp of Sesame Oil.
I cooked up some Brown rice and loaded the Kale and Tofu on top.
I sprinkled some black and white Sesame Seeds on Top.
Just before eating I decided to chuck on some RAW Cashews!
